Titel: Readymade organ
In samenwerking met Kirschner 3-D
Materiaal: 3-D printer (arnitel)

Our hands are often over
used by computers and mobile phones. The
computer mouse has become an essential extension of our body. It has become second nature to grab the mouse
and click and scroll with it for hours.
In response I made wearable objects that make us conscious of these
habbits and routines. These works are customized for our bodies; objects that
stretch, fasten and restrict our automatic movements.
We made photo and video portrets of visitors wearing striking jewellery during
the Salzburger Festspiele. The presentation was in the smallest room of the building named

Working periode and one week show

In Juli 2011 I participated in the summer academy workshop costume design:
"In the workshop costume design we design costumes to move, we design objects with a theatrical form or we form materials to installations (mainly in relation to the body), inspired by the properties of strange material. We leave out the sewing machine and the pattern drawings and work with strange materials such as non-wovens, foam and plastics. Our tools are hair dryers , transfer press and/or printers, to experiment with colours and options to fold".
Teacher: Textile and fashion designer Anita Evenepoel.

Currently more and more medical equipment is being produced which workings create an illusion of medical solutions but show no scientifically proven effects. The absurdity of the functions and designs of such equipment has been the inspiration for the 'Body speaker'. The concept, aesthetic and the functionality are the focal points of the installation.
